Application to purchase a Cocker Spaniel

The ownership of a Cocker Spaniel, like any pet is a serious responsibility that requires a long term commitment. It is the goal of Hyer Luv's Cockers to be sure that this responsibility, as well as the financial and psychological needs of each Cocker be met in its new home.
This application has been designed to help prospective Cocker Spaniel owners address the issues that would directly affect their home and its suitability for a Cocker as well as aiding us in applicant evaluation.
If we do not have a "child" that we and you feel would suit your lifestyle, you may still fill out the form and I will try to direct you to other reputable Cocker breeders who may be able to assist you.
